Here are the important facts that everyone needs to know:

Schedule of events:

• 3pm – Our Lady of the Rosary – 21 Traverse St, Providence, RI 02903 (Catholic Ceremony)
• 5pm – Cocktail Hour – Rhodes on the Pawtuxet – 60 Rhodes Place
  Cranston, RI 02905 (Guests will not be allowed into the building prior to 5pm)
• 6pm – Reception – Rhodes on the Pawtuxet

 

Transportation:

Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. Guests not staying at the hotel are also welcome to use the shuttles, if they park at the hotel only. Please let us know if you plan on taking the transportation, but are not staying with us. After the shuttle leaves the church, it will not be returning there.

For guests staying at the hotel who do not have an early check-in, the shuttle will be making an additional trip from the hotel to Rhodes after bringing guests from the church to the venue. After the ceremony, please feel free to return to the hotel to check-in. The shuttle will be departing the Omni for Rhodes at 4:55pm.

After Party:

From 11pm to 2am, there will be an after party at Dave & Buster’s in the Providence Place mall. There will be appetizers provided in a private room. All guests from the wedding are welcome to attend.

For our guests staying or parking at the Omni, please use the bridge from the hotel to the mall.

 

Brunch:

Brunch will be served from 9am-11am on Sunday in the Omni. All are welcome to join. If you are not staying at the hotel, please let a member of the family know that you are planning on attending.
