Accomodations

Rooms are available at the Omni Hotel in Providence.

Rooms will only be available until August 17th. If you try to make reservations prior and are unable to book, please contact Carolyn and Tanios.

Check-in is at 4pm. To arrange an early check-in, please call 1-402-952-6646. Even if you aren’t able to secure an early check-in, you may still be able to get a room early if it is available. If you aren’t able to secure early check-in, the hotel will provide luggage storage. If you need to finish getting ready at the hotel, but aren’t able to check-in, the fitness center is available with lockers as well.

Transportation will be provided for all guests staying at the hotel to the ceremony and reception. The transportation will begin trips back to the hotel from the reception after dinner. We will be posting a shuttle schedule as the date gets closer.

Brunch will be provided for our guests on Sunday morning at the hotel. More information will be provided.
